Invigo was pleased to take part in MWC Doha 2025, joining industry experts, partners, and operators at the GSMA Industry Services Roundtable and the Entitlement Server Implementation session. These discussions were an opportunity not only to showcase our technology but also to exchange ideas, listen to regional challenges, and explore practical ways we can support operators in delivering better services to their customers.
Empowering Operators With Automatic Device Management (ADM)
At the roundtable, we presented our Automatic Device Management (ADM) solution, powered by the GSMA Device Database. Our goal was to highlight how accurate device intelligence can directly improve daily operations and customer experience.
Throughout the conversation, three key benefits resonated strongly with participants:
1. Clear and Reliable Network Visibility
Operators shared how challenging it can be to keep track of an increasingly diverse device landscape. ADM offers a simple, reliable way to understand what is on the network and how it behaves—allowing teams to act quickly and confidently.
2. A Smoother Onboarding Experience
We discussed how eliminating manual tasks can make a real difference for both operators and subscribers. With ADM automatically detecting, configuring and provisioning devices, customers get faster, frictionless activation while support teams benefit from fewer repetitive troubleshooting requests.
3. Smarter Segmentation and Customer Targeting
By combining device insights with subscriber profiles, operators can better anticipate customer needs, launch relevant campaigns, and identify upgrade opportunities. This creates a more personalized and proactive approach to customer engagement.
These conversations reaffirmed how ADM is becoming an essential part of modern network operations—helping teams stay efficient, informed, and customer-focused.
Supporting Service Innovation Through Our Device Entitlement Server
In the entitlement session, we also had the opportunity to speak about the growing importance of a scalable and standards-aligned Device Entitlement Server and share practical field-level lessons learned from real-world entitlement deployments.
As operators expand services like VoLTE, VoWiFi, RCS, wearable activation, and eSIM, entitlement platforms play a crucial role in ensuring that every device is properly authenticated and authorized.
Our solution supports this by offering:
- A secure and flexible entitlement architecture
- Smooth activation journeys for smartphones, wearables, and additional companion devices
- Consistent policy enforcement across the network
- Ongoing support for new device categories and service models
Participants emphasized how critical entitlement has become for delivering high-quality digital services especially as customer expectations and device ecosystems continue to evolve.
Bringing It All Together
What became clear throughout MWC Doha 2025 is that operators are increasingly looking for solutions that combine reliable device knowledge with trusted service enablement.
- The Automatic Device Management ensures devices are identified, understood, and supported.
- The Entitlement Server ensures services are delivered securely and seamlessly.
Together, these capabilities help operators simplify operations, improve customer journeys, and strengthen long-term business growth.
Looking Ahead
We are grateful to everyone who joined the discussions, shared insights, and engaged with us during the event. These conversations are invaluable as we continue refining our solutions and supporting operators across the region—and beyond.
