BEIRUT, November 3rd-4th, 2009 - Invigo held its first ADM (Automatic Device Management) User Group in Beirut, in the presence of ADM customers from
various operators.

During the first day, the participants shared their experience of how they are making best use of the ADM platform, and had the chance to attend other ADM use case presentations. Customers' presentations were followed by Invigo's ADM R4.0 release, and service roadmap presentations.

The remote device diagnostics, configuration management, and software/firmware management OMA-DM based modules were demonstrated during the second day. The participants had the opportunity to go through a real user experience. For example, a user facing a problem while sending an Email from his mobile handset, had his problem diagnosed and remotely fixed in a few minutes!

 


At the end, a wish list of features and enhancements was collected from the participating operators. Invigo committed to incorporate feasible requests in its next ADM release.
